“I Love Modena” is our way of telling the story of Modena and its surroundings.
We do this not through the simple reproduction of traditional recipes, but through the people, projects, and collaborations that bring this territory to life every day. Our cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons and is born from the daily work of small local producers and artisans, interpreting the land with a modern and creative eye.
We support initiatives with a strong social impact, such as Il Tortellante, a laboratory where young adults with autism spectrum disorder learn the art of handmade fresh pasta, guided by the Modenese rezdore.
We also collaborate with the farm of the Modena Prison, a project that supports work reintegration programs for inmates. Many of the ingredients that reach our kitchen come from this relationship, making vegetables the protagonists of numerous dishes on the menu.
The experience is completed by a beverage selection deeply rooted in the region, in constant dialogue with the kitchen.
